We can also offer two packages depending on your individual requirements.
GOLD service

Our “Gold” Service allows you to plan your entire wedding allowing you to involve friends and family in what can be a fun time sourcing the various elements for your day. Then, 60 days before your wedding or civil partnership we commence finalising all the details with your suppliers. We will write to each supplier to confirm exactly what is expected, confirm times, venues, directions and all the fine detail so that there is no room for doubt allowing you to concentrate on enjoying yourself. If required we shall pick up and deliver anything that needs to be at your venue, we can draw up seating plans and arrange place cards.

Your rehearsal ceremony and pre and post wedding meals can also be arranged.

We will also draw up a full itinerary of your day and will attend the event to make sure that everything runs smoothly and if need be take care discharging any Invoices due on the night.

PLATINUM service

For the ultimate experience why not consider our “Platinum” service?

From the day you say “yes” to the day you say “I do” we can assist you with every element of your wedding or civil partnership.

At our initial consultation we will discuss your dreams and aspirations to get an understanding of how you envisage your wedding and thereafter, immediately begin to source and locate what you require. We will present a number of options to you and at all times the final decision will be your own but we will offer our advice and expertise to help you along the way. So whether it is wedding rings designed to your idea or an ice sculpture we will organise it for you.

During our negotiations with your suppliers we will endeavour to secure discounts with them which could ultimately reduce the overall cost of the wedding.

As a matter of course, a full itinerary of your day will be prepared and all details will be confirmed with suppliers 2 weeks before the event and again 5 days before for complete peace of mind.

On your wedding day we will coordinate the timing of events from the beginning to the end and work with suppliers throughout the day to ensure that everything runs according to plan and lives up to expectations. And of course we will be on hand to take care of any unforeseen emergencies
that may arise.
